Do you put off doing anything exciting and adventurous or anything out of your comfort zone because your head says you can only do these things once you are at your goal weight?
I must admit I was a master of ‘as soon as’, my personal favorite being: ‘as soon as I lose weight...’ For years, I truly believed that I had to lose weight to deserve new clothing or be seen. The result? My whole life was always ‘on pause’. I was always very ambitious but not living up to my truest potential.
Being perfect never arrived. Fortunately, I became mindful and made some drastic lifestyle changes , and after years of wasting precious time, I overcame my health challenges. As the excess weight started melting, I started doing the things I always longed to do: traveling solo, joining a gym, meeting new people. The more I got out of my comfort zone, the happier I was. And the happier I was, the less I was likely to eat my emotions away.
Don't repeat my mistake.

Start living your life today. Do all the things you have been putting off forever, including taking control of your health!
Step put your life on hold but don’t be quick to quit your health goals either. What if living a full and exciting life is what it takes to start losing weight in the first place?
